Michael Schumacher's manager Sabine Kehm has this morning issued a further update on the German's condition. In a statement she said:
'Michael is still in the wake up phase. The situation has not changed. Any medical information published which is not confirmed by the team of doctors treating Michael or his management has to be considered as not valid'.
Schumacher has been in the University hospital of Grenoble since December 29 after being admitted following a skiing accident.
Since the accident there has been countless rumours regarding the German's medical condition and his management team have stressed that any updates will come from them or the doctors treating him. No further updates are scheduled in the near future.
