Mercedes AMG PETRONAS F1 Team’s Executive Director
(Business) Toto Wolff has said that the situation between Chinese Grand Prix
race winner Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg will be discussed internally and
dealt with.
Despite Nico Rosberg’s complaints that Hamilton ruined his
race Wolff believes that the right driver won the race as Hamilton was just
quicker than Rosberg on Sunday.
Rosberg complained that when he closed the gap to Hamilton
he couldn’t do anything about it as he got caught in Hamilton’s dirty air which
affected the performance of tyre’s and his overall performance which is why the
German was so annoyed during the post-race press conference.
The Brackley based outfit should be happy however as they secured
their second 1-2 finish of the season extending their lead over Ferrari to
forty points as the teams head to the Bahrain Grand Prix next weekend.
