Scuderia Ferrari Team Principal Maurizio Arrivabene as
revealed that he broke down after receiving a text message from Michael
Schumacher’s manager Sabine Kehm on behalf of his family following the team’s
victory at the Malaysian Grand Prix last weekend.
The victory was the Maranello based outfit’s first victory
since Fernando Alonso took victory at the 2013 Spanish Grand Prix.
Arrivabene who portrays an extremely calm demeanour
revealed:
‘I just wanted to remain
calm, but when I saw the message on my phone, I just broke down,’ the
Italian told Germany’s Sports Bild.
Michael Schumacher drove for Ferrari from 1996 – 2006,
winning five of his seven world champions from the year 2000 – 2004.
