Sahara Force India Formula One Team)
The Sahara Force India Formula One Team have confirmed that
despite rumors to the contrary they will be racing this season and will in
Melbourne for the opening race of the 2015 season.
The Silverstone based outfit are missing the opening test of
the season in Jerez which fueled speculation that the team were in financial
difficulty, however the team decided that instead of running the new car in
Jerez they would spend extra time developing the new VJM08. The car will run
for the first time in Barcelona in two weeks’ time.
The team have also confirmed a number of new partners ahead
of the new season and revealed their new livery at an event in Mexico City and
if the team were in such severe financial difficulty they would not have
brought a car to Mexico along with their drivers and team personnel.
The team have confirmed that they will spend the extra time
developing their new car in the Toyota wind tunnel in Cologne, Germany.
