The Lotus F1 Team have confirmed that their reserve driver,
reigning GP2 champion Jolyon Palmer will drive for them in the opening Free
Practice session on Friday at the Barcelona Circuit De Catalunya ahead of
Sunday’s Spanish Grand Prix.
The Enstone based outfit have also confirmed that Palmer
will drive the E23 Hybrid on one of the days of next weeks’ two day in season
test at the Barcelona Circuit De Catalunya which takes place next Tuesday and
Wednesday.
