The Sauber F1 Team have become the latest outfit to to reveal their 2014 car. The C33 features a sloped front nose similar to the one on the Williams FW36.

This season the Swiss based team will once again use Ferrari  power as the sport switches to 1.6 litre V6 power units. The Italian team revealed their new car, the F14T yesterday. The new Sauber features an 8 speed Ferrari gearbox and they will also use a Ferrari Kinetic Energy Recovery System unit.

This season, Germany's Adrian Sutil joins the Swiss team in what can be seen as a direct swap with Nico Hulkenberg who has returned to Force India after a year at the Sauber F1 Team while Sutil joins from Force India.

He will be joined at the team by Esteban Gutierrez who enters his second full season in Formula One with the team.

Former Caterham F1 Team driver, Giedo Van Der Garde joins the team as their official test and reserve driver and will share the duties with the teams Russian driver Sergey Siroktin, who it had been thought would drive for the team this season but it didn't happen.

Van Der Garde will get his first taste of the new era of Fromula One when he takes part in Friday Practice at the Bahrain Grand Prix.

Both race drivers will be in attendance at Jerez this week as testing gets underway on Tuesday.
