The Williams F1 Team have confirmed this afternoon that they have signed a new multi year agreement with Brazilian oil giant Petrobas starting from this season.

The confirmation of the new agreement between the two company's comes following a busy time for the Grove based team as they announced yesterday that they had renewed their sponsorship deal with watch maker ORIS.

The team also announced last week that they have signed an agreement with global insurance company Genworth. The team are also expected to announce a new title sponsor before the start of the new season and it is believed that Martini will be that new sponsor.

As part of the new agreement with Petrobas, the Williams Mercedes FW36 will feature the Petrobas logo as will team clothing and the team environment.

It is not the first time that the Williams F1 Team have been involved with Petrobas as they were a fuel supplier to the team for 11 years from the 1998 F1 season.
