The Williams Martini Racing Team have confirmed that Susie
Wolff will not replace Valtteri Bottas be unable to race in Sepang.
The Finn suffered tissue damage at the Australian Grand Prix
and missed the opening race and the Grove based outfit’s Technical Director Pat
Symonds has now confirmed that although Wolff received a promotion over the
winter she is not the team’s official reserve driver she is in the role of test
driver.
Symonds also revealed that the team are exploring their
options should Bottas be not able to race in Malaysia.
