McLaren-Honda reserve driver Kevin Magnussen discusses the
new partnership between McLaren and Honda. The Dane will attend most of the
Grand Prix this season.
Magnussen’s main role within the team this season will be to
do simulation work but he will also be ready if one of the race drivers is not
able to drive the car. He is excited by the new partnership but feels that it
will take time for the partnership to succeed.
The Dane is hoping to drive the car during the year at a
test and is also hoping to race in another category alongside his work with
McLaren-Honda.
