Kimi Raikkonen is set to visit Maranello next week following
his team mate Sebastian Vettel’s trip to the factory this week.
Raikkonen enters his second season with Scuderia Ferrari in
2015 and will be hoping that this season will be a stronger year for him after
struggling against former team mate Fernando Alonso last season.
Ferrari have yet to confirm their driver line – up for the
opening test of the winter at the Jerez circuit in Spain from February 1 – 4.
The Italian team will launch their new car which has yet to be name in exactly
two weeks’ time on Friday 30th January. Ferrari Chairman, Sergio
Marchionne confirmed on Thursday that the team are slightly behind in the
design phase of their new car but that this will be sorted out.
Ferrari will be hoping to improve on their fourth place
finish in the Constructors championship this season. The Italian team failed to
win a race during last season, for the first time since 1993.
