(Williams Martini Racing Team)
Williams Martini Racing Team's Valtteri Bottas has stated that he felt that sticking with the Grove based outfit for 2015 was his best option. The Finn was confirmed alongside Felipe Massa for a second year in a row on the morning of last weekend's Italian Grand Prix.
During that race the Williams team scored a third and fourth place finish which elevated them above the Ferrari team into third place in the Constructors championship. The team scored just five points last season however so far this season they have scored 177 points. In Italy, Massa scored his first Williams podium finish with third place just behind the Mercedes duo of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg.
Bottas has scored four podium finishes this season and overtook Ferrari's Fernando Alonso in the driver's championship. The Finn is now in fourth place in the championship, 44 point's behind Infiniti Red Bull Racing's Daniel Ricciardo with six race's to go this season.
Bottas feels that the team are heading in the direction and that things are just going to get better. The Finn has stated that he is concentrating on the end of this season. The team have scored points in every Grand Prix so far this season. The Finn has been with the Williams Martini Racing team since 2010 when he joined as a test driver attending race weekend's which included a number of outing's during Friday practice session's.
The Finn was promoted to a race seat alongside Pastor Maldonado ahead of last season and impressed the team and scored four of the outfit's five points last season.
