(Sauber F1 Team)
Adrian Sutil’s manager has confirmed that he is working with
the Sauber F1 Team to find a way ‘to solve the problem’. Sutil and
former team mate Esteban Gutierrez were replaced at the Hinwil based outfit by
Marcus Ericsson and Felipe Nasr.
Esteban Gutierrez was signed by Scuderia Ferrari as their
official test and reserve driver. Sutil and Gutierrez weren’t the only drivers
at odds with the Sauber F1 Team as Giedo Van Der Garde laid claim to one of the
seats saying that he had an agreement in place with the team to race for them
in 2015.
Despite winning a case in an
Australian court, Van Der Garde gave up all legal right to the seat ‘for
the good of the team.’
Although Van Der Garde has now
given up on driving in Formula One, Adrian Sutil has not and was signed by
Williams Martini Racing last month as their official reserve driver ironically
taking the role vacated by Felipe Nasr who has joined the Sauber F1 Team.
