The Marussia F1 Team head to this weekend's Spanish Grand Prix at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona hoping to stay ahead of the Caterham F1 Team. The Banbury based outfit are currently in 10th place in the Constructors championship ahead of the Caterham F1 Team.

The team are yet to score a championship point since they entered the FIA Formula One World Championship in 2010 and will be hoping that they may be in a position to score their first ever Formula One point this weekend. Max Chilton has finished ever Grand Prix since he began his Formula One career with the Banbury outfit last season.

Chilton came very close on two occasions this season to scoring points. In the opening race of the championship in Australia and at the Bahrain Grand Prix the Englishman finished in 13th place.

In contrast, Chilton's team mate Jules Bianchi has only managed to finish two of the opening four Grand Prix this season and will be hoping that he will be to finish well this weekend. The Frenchman, who is part of Ferrari's Young Driver Programme has shown that he is extremely quick.

He has managed to out-qualify Chilton 3-1 so far this season and the team will have an upgrade package for their car in Spain that they hope will enable them to close the gap to the midfield pack. Marussia are one of four teams who have yet to score a point this season.
