Rosberg can bounce back

(Mercedes AMG F1 Team)

Mercedes Motorsport Director Toto Wolff believes that Nico Rosberg can bounce back and challenge Lewis Hamilton who has won the last three Grand Prix in a row with Rosberg finishing in second place. Rosberg won the opening race of the season Down Under, in Melbourne Australia a race which saw Lewis Hamilton retire from the race.

Hamilton has now won three on the bounce with Nico Rosberg finishing each Grand Prix in second place. The German heads to Barcelona this weekend leading his team mate by four points in the Drivers Championship. When asked by BT Sports Wolff said that Rosberg is 'very focused'.

Wolff went on to say that Rosberg's performance in China last time out was a case of damage limitation for the German.

At the Spanish Grand Prix last season, Nico Rosberg started the race from pole position so he will be hoping for a repeat performance this weekend and to start the European leg of the season off with the best result possible which for the German would be a win.

Despite the fantastic start to the Formula One season Wolff has warned his team that they have to keep their feet on the ground and and to concentrate on the development of the W05.
