Formula One Supremo Bernie Ecclestone ha revealed that he is helping in every way he can to resolve the current situation that the Leafield based outfit finds themselves in. Mr Ecclestone stated that he has spoken to both parties involved in the dispute, the new owners and former owner Tony Fernandes about the situation and has said that he can't go into much detail as it is an ongoing situation.

Mr Ecclestone's comments come in the wake of Caterham staff being locked out of their HQ on Thursday morning.

He revealed that he would not like to see a team fail but without all the details can not comment on what the current situation is within the team. It remains unclear if, with just over a week to go until the US Grand Prix in Austin Texas the team will be in a position to compete in the event.
