The FIA have confirmed that reigning world champion Sebastian Vettel will start Sunday's United States Grand Prix from the pit-lane as the German will use a sixth power unit for the season which contravenes the technical regulations.
Vettel will take part in part of qualifying on Saturday but will start the race from the pit-lane.
