Max Chilton has confirmed that he is looking at other forms of Motorsport outside of Formula One as it looks increasingly likely that although the Marussia F1 Team appear of the 2015 Formula One entry list it is unlikely that they will be on the grid as their assets are being sold of at auction on December 16 and 17.

Chilton made his Formula One debut with the Marussia F1 Team in 2013 and that season managed to finish every race.

The English driver knows that given the current climate it is unlikely that he will get a drive in Formula One for the 2015 season and is looking into other forms of Motorsport. Speaking to Sky Sports, Chilton stated that he believes he has a number of opportunities to race in the German Touring Car Championship and in the LMP1 category in the World Endurance Championship.

The 23 year old has stated however that he is not giving on the possibility of returning to Formula One in the future. Chilton's brother Tom is also also a racing driver, he competes in the British Touring Car championship.
