Former Formula One turned World Endurance Championship driver Mark Webber was released from a Sao Paulo hospital on Monday following his horrendous crash at the 6 Hours of Brazil on Sunday.
The Australian was competing at the World Endurance Championship season finale at the Interlagos circuit. Speaking on Monday, Webber stated that he had no recollection of the accident and suffered bruising and concussion following the accident.
Webber finished his first season in the World Endurance Championship in 9th place.
