Mercedes AMG F1 Team bosses Niki Lauda and Toto Wolff have stated their delight with Lewis Hamilton's 'awesome' win at last weekend's Singapore night race, he second win in a row and seventh of the season. Lauda stated: 'He's worth his moneu, I can tell you that'.
Mercedes motorsport director Toto Wolff stated:
'That was really awesome.' The Austrian went on to say:
'These are the Lewis Hamilton days. These are the days when you recognise how great he is and it makes the difference between the superstars and the stars.'
Lauda went on to say that Hamilton 'won the race because he drove a sensational race.' The 2008 world champion heads to the next race, the Japanese Grand Prix with a three point advantage over team mate and championship rival Nico Rosberg.
