Team bosses should not interfere

Infiniti Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner has stated that he believes that it is not up to team management to interfere in how their driver's race.

Speaking following the Singapore Grand Prix where Sebastian Vettel and Daniel Ricciardo finished on the podium behind race winner Lewis Hamilton, Horner said that the reigning world champions will not introduce team orders yet and that Daniel Ricciardo is happy with the current situation within the Milton Keynes based outfit.

Speaking to the Press Association Horner stated that both of his drivers mathematically still have a chance to win this year's championship albeit a long shot.

There are 57 points separating Ricciardo (in third place)  and Vettel (in fifth place) with five race's left this season starting with next weekend's Japanese Grand Prix at the Suzuka circuit where Sebastian Vettel took victory last season.

Vettel has yet to a race win this season compared to Daniel Ricciardo who has taken three victories this season.
