Infiniti Red Bull Racing have announced today that star designer Adrian Newey has committed his future to the company however his new agreement sees the 55 year old step away from his 'day to day role' with the Infiniti Red Bull Racing Formula One team to work on projects within Red Bull Technology.
Newey will monitor and advice the Formula One team on the design of its future Formula One cars. He joined the team in 2006 and has played a key in the Milton Keynes based outfit's success over the past seasons which has seen them claim both the Driver's and Constructors championship titles from 2010-2013.
The statement went on to say that details of the new projects to be undertaken by Newey will announced in due course.
