Williams Martini Racing Team test driver Susie Wolff has
stated that she still feels very far away from achieving a race drive in
Formula One despite the fact that she is in a competitive team and shown what
she can do behind the wheel.
Wolff, who will drive for the team in the opening practice
session on Friday morning at the Barcelona Circuit De Catalunya said that when
it was announced that former Sauber F1 Team driver Adrian Sutil was appointed
as the Grove based outfit’s reserve driver it was a sign to the Scot who has
been with Williams since 2012 that she is still far away from achieving a drive
in a Formula One Grand Prix.
Wolff is however happy that she will get more time in the
car this weekend having already driven the FW37 here during winter testing here
in February.
