No changes at McLaren in the near future

McLaren Mercedes Racing Director Eric Boullier has confirmed that the Woking based outfit will be making making no more internal changes in the near future following the recent management reshuffle within the team. 

Jenson Button is out of contract with the team this season while Kevin Magnussen has a long term future within the team and when asked about that situation Boullier said that at the moment making a decision on next season's driver line-up is not the priority as he is not convinced that the outfit need to change their line up.

The immediate aim within the team at this moment in tie is to improve the performance of the MP4-29 as the outfit have struggled since the opening Grand Prix of the season however that changed last time out at the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal where Button finished the race in fourth place having started the race from 9th on the grid.

Button has now finished the last two events in the point's following a sixth place at the Monaco Grand Prix, his team mate Kevin Magnussen has also scored point's in the last two Grand Prix the recent run of point's finishes have lifted the Woking squad above the Williams team in the Constructors championship.

Boullier said that he has only now started thinking about driver's just because the media keep asking him questions about what the current situation is.
