Red Bull Motorsport adviser Dr Helmut Marko has revealed that he doesn't care that former world champion Sebastian Vettel broke his contract with Infiniti Red Bull Racing after appearing in the Ferrari garage at the the end of season Abu Dhabi test at the Yas Marina circuit on Tuesday despite having three days remaining on his contract with the Milton Keynes based outfit.
It was confirmed in the build up to the season finale in Abu Dhabi last week that the quadruple world champion has signed a three year contact to replace Fernando Alonso at Ferrari from next season.
Vettel will be replaced at Red Bull Racing by Toro Rosso's Daniil Kvyt. The Russian will get his first run in the Red Bull at the opening test of the season in Spain at the start of February when he partners Daniel Ricciardo who he replaced at Toro Rosso.
Vettel was in the Ferrari garage and was seen in talks with the teams engineers and mechanics as Kimi Raikkonen set the the fourth fastest time of the day during the opening day of the test. Vettel has been denied the opportunity to sample the F14-T after Red Bull blocked his test with the Maranello based outfit.
Vettel's first run in a current Ferrari Formula One car will coming in the opening test of the Winter which takes place at the start of February.
