Vettel drives F2012 at Fiorano

Four time world champion Sebastian Vettel officially started work with Ferrari on Saturday following his move from Infiniti Red Bull Racing ahead of the 2015 Formula One season. The German was at the Italian teams Fiorano test track to carry out a number of laps in the F2012.

Vettel will spend the next few days with the team in Maranello for various meeting's with Ferrari chassis technical director James Allison and new team mate Kimi Raikkonen. He will also carry out work in the teams simulator and have a seat fitting for the new 2015 challenger.

It is a new stage in the German's Formula One as he has been associated with Red Bull since before he began his career in the sport.

Vettel has joined Ferrari on a three year contract having driven with Infiniti Red Bull Racing from 2009 - 2014 winning his four world championships with the team from 2010-2013. 

Vettel's next run in a Ferrari car will come at the opening pre-season test in Jerez from 1 - 4 February.
