Scuderia Toro Rosso’s Carlos Sainz Jnr has admitted that the Faenza based outfit will have no more major updates for their car for the rest of the season.

At the final winter test the team brought an affectively brand new car and that is what they began the season with. The outfit are currently in seventh place in the championship on 12 points, just one point ahead of the Sahara Force India Formula One Team.

Sainz who has been extremely impressive in the opening four Grand Prix of his debut season believes that the main area that needs work is with the Renault power unit which is where their sister team Infiniti Red Bull Racing have been struggling so far this season.

The Spaniard is currently in 12th place in the championship equal on six points with his team mate and fellow F1 rookie Max Verstappen.

The team will be bringing smaller aero upgrades to the car throughout the season but nothing major unlike their rivals who will have big changes for their cars next weekend.
