The 2015 Formula One grid has seen another seat filled with the news last night that former Caterham F1 Team driver Marcus Ericsson will join the Sauber F1 Team next season. It is unclear who the Swede will replace at the Swiss based outfit however Sky Sports F1 report that both Sauber's current drivers Esteban Gutierrez and Adrian Sutil are set to lose their drivers with Giedo Van Der Garde apparently set to race for the team in 2015.

2014 Constructors champions Mercedes AMG PETRONAS F1 Team will field an unchanged line-up with Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg remaining with the Brackley based outfit for a third successive season.
Ferrari have yet to confirm their driver line-up but it is expected that Kimi Raikkonen will be joined by Infiniti Red Bull Racing's Sebastian Vettel who announced earlier this season that he would leave the former champions. McLaren Racing Director Eric Boullier reiterated that the Woking based outfit will announce their line up before the end of the season.
However it appears unlikely now as it has been reported that the Spaniard could race at next season's LeMans 24 hours with Audi with Alonso telling his fans that they will be surprised by what he does next and that it a 'ambitious project'.
