Three day attendance at the Circuit of the Americas was 237,406 over the United States Grand Prix weekend.

The Circuit of the Americas announced on Monday that over the course of three day United States Grand Prix that 237,406 spectators passed through the turnstiles at the venue while on race day over 107,000 spectators enjoyed the action.

These figures compare to a three day average of 250, 324 for last years event while seasons race saw the a race day average of 113,162.

Speaking about this years event in Austin track president and CEO Jason Dial stated:

'We are delighted to share the exhilaration of Formula One with our guests from around the world,'
