(Florent Gooden - DPPI for Renault Sport F1)

Infiniti Red Bull Racing's Daniel Ricciardo took a fantastic victory at the Hungaroring on Sunday and in doing so has emerged as a major threat to Mercedes Formula One dominance this season. The Australian remains the only driver other then a Mercedes driver to have won Grand Prix this season. His victory on Sunday was his second of the season and as a result he is now points behind championship leader Nico Rosberg as Formula One begins its Summer break.

Ricciardo has now emerged as Infiniti Red Bull Racing's 'top dog' after beating reigning world champion Sebastian Vettel on a regular basis so far this season.

Following his victory in Hungary Ricciardo has now picked up six podium finishes in only first season with the reigning world champions.

Championship leader Nico Rosberg is currently on 202 point's while Daniel Ricciardo is on 131 points 71 behind Rosberg and 60 behind Hamilton who is in second place. Ricciardo is currently 43 points ahead of his Red Bull team mate Sebastian Vettel.

There are still a maximum of 225 points to be won from the remaining Grand Prix with the final race in Abu Dhabi worth double points.
