Reigning world champion Sebastian Vettel has played down rumors linking him with a move to either Mercedes or McLaren after Red Bull adviser Dr Helmut Marko stated recently that McLaren had offered the quadruple world champion an outrageous amount of money to join the Woking based outfit. However Vettel has played down  talk of a move stating 'Nothing has changed' in' terms of his Formula One future.

Speaking to the media about the current driver situation Mercedes Motorsport boss Toto Wolff commented:

'We are talking about a handful of top drivers. All the best teams fight over them, We try to build a picture of how the market moves until we come to our decisions.'

Vettel however seemed to deny Dr Marko's talk saying:

'I don't know which sources Helmut has, or doesn't have, but they seem to vary, let's say.'

Despite his comments Vettel did say that he would have to consider any and all potential offers that may come about. However he confirmed that he does not talk about contractual issues.

Nico Rosberg recently signed a three year extension to his Mercedes contract while Lewis Hamilton is yet to sit down with the Brackley based outfit The 2008 world champion has deal in place with Mercedes until the end of next season while Sebastian Vettel also has a contract in place with Infiniti Red Bull Racing up to the end of 2015.

It is going to be an extremely interesting few months in Formula One. Jenson Button is out of contract with McLaren at the end of this season and has already stated his desire to remain in Formula One next season.
