The team have come close to scoring point's on a number of occasions this season but are yet to get on th board.

Last season Gutierrez finished in 16th place and scored 6 point's. The 22 year old Mexican has admitted that the 2014 season has been 'very challenging' but that the Swiss team have great people who are working extremely hard to get the team to where they should be which is scoring points on a regular basis.

Gutierrez brings financial backing from Mexican telecommunications company Telemex and with Mexico city returning to the Formula One calendar Gutierrez is hopeful that he will remain on the grid for that race next season.

Gutierrez has said that he loves a challenge and is looking forward to helping the team improve their performances in second half of the season.
