The Formula One world remains in shock as they prepare to race in the inaugural Russian Grand Prix at the Sochi circuit following Jules Bianchi's accident at the Japanese Grand Prix last weekend. The Frenchman remains in a 'critical but stable' condition in a Mie medical centre in Japan.

The Marussia F1 Team have thank everyone for their continued support at this terrible time. This weekend has been a extremely tough for the Banbury based outfit because today also marks the first anniversary of the tragic death of their test driver Maria De Villota.

Speaking to the media in Sochi on Saturday Marussia Sporting director Graeme Lowdon explained that they wanted to get the Jules' car ready for Sunday's race as that is what he would want,

The support on social media for Jules, his family and the team has been absolutely amazing and it has shown that at this moment in time the racing takes a back seat as the priority right now is to support Jules and his family.

All the drivers are wearing special stickers on their helmets this weekend with the message Tous Avec Jules and #JB17 while the team's are also running #ForzaJules on their cars.

Formula One fans have also come together with the #DressForJules campaign to show their support to the Frenchman.
