Has Jenson Button dropped a hint that he could remain with the McLaren Honda team alongside Fernando Alonso next season?
Earlier today, former F1 driver and close friend of the 2009 world champion Mark Webber took to Twitter to urge Button to join him in the World Endurance Championship either as he team mate or rival to which Button has just replied on Twitter tonight saying:
'One day fella, one day!!!
McLaren are yet to confirm whether Kevin Magnussen or Jenson Button will partner Fernando Alonso at the team next season as it is certain that the Spaniard will return to the Woking based outfit next season having driven for the team in 2007 alongside Lewis Hamilton.
An announcement is expected in the build up to next weekend's season finale in Abu Dhabi as to who will drive for the McLaren Honda team as the Japanese manufacturer makes its return to Formula One for the first time since 2008.
