Red Bull Racing team boss Christian Horner believes that the Mercedes AMG F1 Team could dominate this weekend's opening Grand Prix of the 2014 season in Australia.
Horner has said that judging by the Mercedes race simulations that they could win Sunday's Grand Prix by two laps.
When it comes to Lewis Hamilton, Horner is convinced that the Englishman is favourite for the championship going into this season and that Nico Rosberg has also looked extremely impressive during winter testing. The Mercedes powered teams of Mercedes AMG F1, Williams Martini Racing Sahara Force India and McLaren have shown great pace and reliability.
McLaren have admitted that they are slightly behind and the Woking based team like their rival will have a major upgrade package for Sunday's race.
Ferrari have also shown some great pace but they would appear to be the fifth fastest team behind the four Mercedes powered outfits.
