Toro Rosso STR10 passes FIA crash tests

Scuderia Toro Rosso have become the latest team to confirm that their 2015 F1 car, the STR10 has passed all of the mandatory FIA safety crash tests. 

The news means that the Italian team’s new chassis has been given the green light to make its test debut.

Toro Rosso can push ahead with their preparations for the first winter test of the winter which gets underway in Jerez at the start of next month.

The Italian team will field a brand new driver line this season as Carlos Sainz Jr and Max Verstappen make their Formula One debut’s this season replacing Jean Eric Vergne, who has become a test and reserve driver for Scuderia Ferrari, while Daniil Kvyat has made the move up to Infiniti Red Bull Racing replacing Sebastian Vettel.
