Williams Martini Racing have confirmed that Valtteri Bottas
will debut their 2015 car, the FW37.
Valtteri Bottas, who finished the 2014
Formula One championship in 4th place will drive the new car on the
opening two days of the Jerez test which gets underway on Sunday. The Finn will
also drive the car on Monday the second February.
Felipe Massa will take over running the car on Tuesday and
Wednesday week. The Grove based outfit had a fantastic 2014 campaign which saw
them claim nine podium finishes and a front row lock out at the Austrian Grand
Prix finishing the year in third place in the Constructors championship.
This year the team are hoping to improve on their
performance from last season. The outfit have a new test and reserve driver as
Susie Wolff has been promoted to the role after being test and development
driver after Felipe Nasr has joined the Sauber F1 Team as a race driver.
Wolff
will have an expanded role with the team and will drive in more than two Free
Practice sessions this season. The Scottish driver will drive the FW37 at the second test
in Barcelona from February 19-22.
