The Williams Martini Racing Team head to the German Grand Prix with the bit between their teeth as in the last two Grand Prix in Austria and Britain Valtteri Bottas has scored a third place and a second place finish. This sort of thing usually comes in three's and the team have shown that they have the pace in the FW36 to challenge the front runners.

Williams Martini Racing have now re-established themselves as a front running team following a number of difficult season's. It is likely that the team will win a Grand Prix this season and it could potentially come at next weekend's race in Germany.

Susie Wolff will once again be action for the team during Friday practice at a circuit that the Scottish driver knows extremely well and much to her delight Pirelli will bring their Soft and Super Soft tyre to Hockenheim. The Grove based have moved into fourth place in the Constructors championship following Bottas' second place finish at the British Grand Prix they are now just three point's behind Ferrari who are in third place in the championship.

The team have had  their best start to a Formula One season in years and so far have scored more this season they have since 2003. They have broken the 100 point barrier in the first nine race's of this season, something that the team haven't done since 2003 when they had a supply of BMW engine's.

The team's turnaround this season is testament to the extremely hard work that Sir Frank, Claire and their staff have done to ensure that the team are competitive this season.
