Williams Martini Racing’s Deputy Team Principal Claire Williams believes that there won't be a big change in the form book this season, however she feels that based on the opening test of the winter Scuderia Ferrari have made a step forward ahead of the season.

The Maranello based outfit topped the time sheets on three of the four days at the opening winter test of the winter in Jerez last week.

Speaking to Sky Sports News HQ, Williams said that she was happy with the progress that the team made over the course of the Jerez test and is hopeful that both Felipe Massa and Valtteri Bottas will be able to win races for the team this season.

Williams also believes recent comments attributed to Bottas about the Finn’s future were taken out of context and she does not foresee a situation where he will want to leave the Grove based outfit as he has been with them for many years and she hopes that he will be able to challenge for the championship with the team in future.

The Williams Martini Racing Team finished third in the championship last season ahead of Ferrari and Claire is hopeful that they can build on that success this season.
