Formula One the pinnacle of motor racing is often known as
the sport that never sleeps and the following video from the Mercedes AMG
PETRONAS F1 Team shows exactly what it is like for the world champions over the
winter.
When the season ends in November the staff at the various
factories around the world get straight back to work with only the Christmas
break off.
Mercedes Benz Motorsport Director Toto Wolff stated recently
that although they are a Formula One team behind the scenes it is like any
other business that employees over 600 people. When it comes to the drivers,
they get a small holiday but then they too head back to work with preparations
for the new season.
In this video Nico Rosberg talks about his nutrition and
fitness regime during the season. The team like all of their rivals will be
back on track on Thursday as testing resumes, this time at the Barcelona
Circuit de Catalunya.
