The Haas F1 Team will make their Formula One debut in 2016, and founder Gene Haas revealed that he has a list of the items up for auction and will be putting in bids for some of the equipment.

The American NASCAR team owner has confirmed that he intends to run his new team differently to the way that the Caterham and Marussia F1 Team’s as he knows that if he went down the same route there would be the same outcome.

Haas went on to say that building everything themselves is not his business mentality and has already stated that his new outfit intend to buy and rent as much equipment as they are allowed to.
