Four time world champion and new Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel was in Fiorano, Italy at the team's test track where he stepped into the cockpit of the F2012 to drive a recent Ferrari Formula One car for the first time.
Vettel was in Italy for his first official day of his Ferrari career having joined the Maranello based outfit from Infiniti Red Bull Racing. The German joins the team following an extremely successful period in his Formula One career which saw him win four world championship's in six seasons with the Milton Keynes based outfit.
The German will drive alongside his friend and fellow Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen next season after signing a three year contract with the team.
