Formula One commercial rights holder Bernie Ecclestone is looking forward to concentrating on Formula One work after the 83 year old's bribery trial in Germany came to an end yesterday after he reached an out of court settlement with the German prosecutors and payed £60 million to end the case which under German law is allowed.
The case had been ongoing for three and a half years and Ecclestone is told the Press Association:
'Anyway, it's done and finished. I am content. Thus now allows me to do what I do best, which is running F1'.
Ecclestone has led the sport into new territories over the years and 2014 is no different as the sport will host a Grand Prix event at the Russian Olympic park in Sochi on Sunday 12th October.
