Confirmed power unit change for Vettel

(DPPI for Renault Sport F1)

Reigning world champion Sebastian Vettel looks set to miss a large amount of this afternoon's Free Practice Two session after Infiniti Red Bull Racing were forced to change the German's engine following the first session this morning.

The team came over the radio during the session to report a problem with the car and the quadruple world champion could be seen in discussions with his engineers at the back of his car towards the end of this morning's session. It remains to be seen whether or not the engine change will result in a grid penalty as the team may have used an engine that was coming to end of it's mileage life.

Vettel finished this morning's Free Practice session in eleventh place behind Williams Valtteri Bottas and team mate Daniel Ricciardo.

Vettel encountered a problem with the exhaust on his RB10 and as a result the team have elected to change his entire Renault power unit.
