The Sauber F1 Team's Adrian Sutil believes that it is difficult for Formula One drivers to get the maximum potential out of themselves due to the limited amount of in-season testing available to them. There has been a ban on full in season testing since 2008 however they were relaxed in recent seasons and this year there were four in season tests on Tuesday and Wednesday following Grand Prix in Spain, Silverstone and with a final one scheduled following the season ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in November.

Sutil revealed that during the Summer break he will spend time on his Playstation while following the break he along with team mate Esteban Gutierrez will be in the Sauber simulator as the team hope to score their first championship point's of the 2014 season following the Summer break.

The German wants there to be more driving and feels that it is tough for the rookie drivers coming into the sport as there is less track time for them.

Sutil feels that if the young drivers make mistakes they could be dropped by their team. He just feels that he there should be driving. The only running that an outfits test and reserve driver gets the opportunity to drive the car is on Friday morning's in Free Practice at Grand Prix weekend's and even then on a hand full of teams including the Sauber team have elected to run a third driver in place of one of their regular race drivers.

Sahara Force India, Caterham, Marussia and Williams have also ran their reserve drivers this season.
