Ross Brawn dismisses reports linking him to the role of McLaren Racing CEO

Former Mercedes AMG F1 team principal Ross Brawn has dismissed reports linking him with Chief Executive Officer position at the McLaren F1 Team.

The F1 veteran announced in December that he had left his position as Mercedes team boss and was replaced by Mercedes Motorsport boss Toto Wolff and the team Chief Technical Officer Paddy Lowe.

Brawn has said that he will take at least six months off before deciding what he will do next. His denial comes in the same week that the Woking squad appointed former Lotus F1 Team boss Eric Boullier to the newly created role within the team of Racing Director.

The Frenchman, who resigned from his role at Lotus last Friday will start his new position at McLaren on Monday.
