The Sahara Force India F1 Team's Sergio Perez believes that having Nico Hulkenberg as his team mate at the Silverstone based outfit has helped him to raise his game. Since joining the Force India team from McLaren over the Winter Perez has done a great job and scored the teams first podium finish since the 2009 Belgian Grand Prix when he finished the Bahrain night race in third place behind the Mercedes pair of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg.

Perez believes that Hulkenberg is the strongest team mate he has had in Formula One. The Mexican has driven for three team's since making his Formula One debut in 2012. He has driven for the Sauber F1 Team and last season joined McLaren partnering Jenson Button as Lewis Hamilton moved to Mercedes.

Perez described Hulkenberg as 'complete' he went on to say that the pair have a great relationship and they are doing a great job for the team who are currently in 5th place in the championship on 98 point's one point ahead of Perez's old McLaren team. Sahara Force India have scored points in all put one race so far this season and that was last time out in Hungary just before the Summer break when neither driver finished the race.

Perez believes that the best is yet to come from the team. The next race at the iconic Spa Francorchamps circuit in Belgium in just over three week's time was the scene of the team's first podium finish when Giancarlo Fisichella finished the race i second place having started the race from pole position and with an extremely competitive car this season they could be on for another extremely strong result there this season.
